What is Gift Voucher？
I-Fresh's website will hold events from time to time to reward members' gift voucher. Each point is equivalent to 1VND. The usage method is as follows:
(1) The gift voucher will be imported into your account by the system during the event announcement time and based on the system. Please keep the account secret information properly.
(2) After the gift voucher is deposited into the member's account, no transfer/merge service will be provided. Once the member account is invalid, the gift voucher will not be used anymore.
(3) Gift voucher is offered to members from I-Fresh website campaign and can only be used in I-Fresh website.
How To Get Gift Voucher?
Earn gift voucher through different campaigns hold on occasionally.
How to check the gift voucher I have received?
If the transaction is eligible for the rewards, you can check the rewards depends on the day of the campaign have noted【My Account→Store Credits】the system will also send an email notification synchronously.
Each gift voucher has a different effective date/expiry date setting, and it will be recorded in the notification when it is given, reminding you to use it before the expiration date, and it will be invalid if it is overdue.
**If due to force majeure factors (such as: unavailable delivery due to epidemic issues), the gift voucher cannot be used within the time limit, I-Fresh will announce the extension of the validity period.**
Rules for using gift voucher:
1. If you place an order on other platform, you cannot use the gift voucher as a discount.
2. It is limited to use in the same account and cannot transfer/merge services
3. The shipping fee cannot be discounted. If the total checkout amount is less than the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be charged based on the actual shipping cost.
4. The purchase price cannot be discounted to a specific product, please depends on the wwebsite.
5. Each gift voucher must be used before the expiration date, and it will be void if it is overdue.
When canceling/returning items, is there any change in the usage period of the refunded gift voucher?
1. If the order is cancelled with force majeure, the gift voucher will be refunded.
2. In general, the gift voucher will not be refunded for return or exchange.
3. Remind you to carefully evaluate whether to cancel an order or apply for a return. As long as your shopping money is not used up within the validity period, it means that you have waived the right to use it.
